Hi Sam from Guitar Village here and today we are checking out the brand new Marshall Vintage reissue Blues breaker pedal now you’ll probably notice that the box has got some relicing on it this is just a demo model that Marshall have loaned us so let’s open it up and have a look inside
good firm Packaging just like most Marshall amps really
okay so here it is this is an exact reissue of the original Blues breaker pedal Marshall have done four different pedals in this line they’re all the ones from the late 80s and the early 90s it’s a really cool looking pattern as the Vintage prices on these panels have kind of shot up in the last few years I think this is going to be really refreshing for everyone to be able to buy a brand new pedal you know a fraction of the price of those ones so let’s go ahead and plug it in and have a listen to it for this demo we’ll be using a Fender Stratocaster going into our house Cornell Romney 12 amplifier so we’ve got the pedal hooked up let’s have a listen to it
so there’s some of the sounds on board the new Blues breaker panel I think Marshall have really hit the nail on the head with this it’s a great time to be reissuing these like I said earlier the Vintage prices on these pedals is shot up so now you can buy a brand new pedal which is built in the UK just like the originals using the original circuits as well this is a great pedal if you want a low gain overdrive and I think it suits playing to a clean amp or an overdriven amp really really well if you want to check any more about the pedal out the link will be in the description below or even better still get down to the shop and give one a test for yourself thanks for watching
