Guitar Sales / Tech (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a Sales & Tech team member, ideally with experience working in a guitar shop, to join our team. The role is centred on helping customers make informed buying decisions, working on customer guitars and maintaining the shop’s inventory of guitars.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who is confident in a sales role. (Previous experience in a guitar shop highly beneficial)
• Strong knowledge of guitar brands, history and related equipment.
• Comfortable handling transactions, working with POS systems, General admin. ( this includes helping to create product listings, writing accurate specifications, and managing stock levels where needed.)
• Strong knowledge of guitar setup and maintenance, supporting stock intake, ongoing inventory upkeep, and repair work on customer instruments.
• Proactive attitude, working well independently and as a part of a team.
• Willing to be flexible within the role and help with the wider business when needed.

This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week including Saturday’s. Competitive Salary with staff discount. / Immediate start available for the right candidate.
