Applications include primary tracking, mix busses, mixing and mastering.

The 456HD Analogue Wave Shaping Process is an innovative way to experience modern dynamic and harmonic control in real time with zero latency. It was inspired by the desirable qualities of a tape recording and can reproduce their dynamic compression and harmonic properties accurately to correct and enhance pre and post digital recordings.

The 456HD-M Vintage Series is an evolution from the experience and needs of industry producers and engineers from the many and varied uses for audio in production.

The 456 extended low and high frequency response exceeds that of an original vintage tape recorder operating at 15ips or 30ips all without any tape hiss producing what is in effect HD TAPE RECORDING. The problems of tape recorder setup and cost of multi-track tape can be eliminated as you now have access to all of the desirable analogue properties of the vintage ways but with added high speed dynamics processing.

No hassle returns

We know how much of a gamble it can be purchasing a guitar online without trying it first. That’s why if you receive your order and it’s not exactly what you were expecting, simply notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery to arrange an exchange or full refund.

Items must be returned to us in their original, showroom condition. Online and telephone purchases only.

Fully setup & triple checked quality control

We have dedicated in-house guitar technicians right here at Guitar Village, which means all guitars in stock are constantly monitored and maintained for optimum playability.

As soon as a guitar is sold, it receives a comprehensive professional setup to ensure it plays beautifully right out of the box. It then goes through a rigorous quality checklist and is signed off by two additional members of staff before being packed. Have a preferred string gauge or action setup? Let us know when you order and we will be happy to oblige!

Guarantee

All brand-new products come with a 12-month warranty as standard. Many manufacturers offer extended warranties—these details are included in the box and can be easily activated on the manufacturer’s website after purchase. New Old Stock (NOS) and Ex-Demo products also include a full 12-month warranty. Pre-owned items come backed by our trusted 3-month warranty against component defects.

Real time stock levels

Fed up with websites advertising guitars they don’t actually have? So are we! The Guitar Village website updates in real time. The exact second a guitar is sold, it is marked as 'Out of Stock' online. If our site says an item is ‘In Stock’, you can rest assured it is physically sitting on our racks or in our storeroom, ready to ship!

Actual image photography

We don’t want you to experience any unwanted surprises when unboxing your new guitar, which is why we shoot our own high-resolution photography in-house.

Every mid- to high-end guitar, or any model featuring a uniquely figured top or distinct characteristics, is individually photographed. If you see "✓ Actual product in photograph(s)" on the listing, the guitar you see on your screen is the exact instrument that will arrive at your door. For solid colours or standard opaque finishes under £2000, we may use an exact model library example.

Click & collect

Don’t fancy waiting around at home for a courier to deliver your new gear? If you are within driving distance of our historic Farnham store, simply select “Collect from store” at checkout and pay securely online. Just pop into the shop with your proof of purchase and a valid photo ID (driving license or passport), and you can take your new guitar away right then and there!

Important Note for Finance Customers: Due to strict fraud prevention and security checks required by our finance provider, orders placed using V12 Retail Finance are not eligible for Click & Collect. All finance orders must be shipped directly to the verified residential address provided on your credit application.

Ex Demo & New Old Stock Products

Occasionally we feature items marked as ‘Ex-Demo’ or ‘New Old Stock’. These instruments are brand new structurally but may have minor finish markings, superficial play wear, or have undergone minor cosmetic repairs in our workshop. Any individual quirks will be clearly described on the listing, and the price is heavily discounted to offer you incredible value.

At Guitar Village we're committed to offering you the very best shopping experience possible. We strive to provide you with an unmatched choice of guitars as well as our award-winning friendly customer service, combined with the best prices in the UK. Occasionally the odd price pops up a little cheaper somewhere else. We don't want any of our customers to ever have to decide between our high level of service and a lower price, so we will always endeavour to price match our UK competitors.

To qualify for a price match it must be:

  • From an official authorised dealer,
  • Identical to the product we are selling (model, colour, specs),
  • In stock and ready to ship,
  • Clearly advertised at the cheaper price on their website (not a price quoted over the phone),
  • An outright purchase price, not including finance, part exchange or any other offer.

Usually these cheaper prices are offered by online-only warehouse retailers with little overheads and a "stack 'em high, sell 'em cheap" philosophy, sacrificing the customer service that's essential to back-up any purchase.

When you buy from Guitar Village you can rest assured that your item will be:

  • In stock if the website says it is,
  • Guitars fully setup to any given requirements by one of our full time in-house guitar techs prior to dispatch,
  • Triple checked through our extensive quality control,
  • Safely and securely packaged, then dispatched using UPS - fully tracked and insured,
  • Full after-sales customer support.
