Due to the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the UK, Guitar Village is CLOSED until further notice. However, you can still order online.
We are here Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm to help with online orders and enquiries. We are doing our best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible with a limited number of staff so your patience is appreciated.
We are still operating our FREE UK mainland Next Working-Day delivery service. UPS has been operating as normal although some delays may occur.
Guitar Village is working towards reopening its doors mid-June in accordance with government advice.
The safety of our customers and staff is paramount so, in accordance with the latest public health guidelines, we are temporarily closing our shop in Farnham until further notice.
Any updates to the situation will be posted on this page.
The Guitar Village team will still be on hand with a small number working in the warehouse or from home where possible to deliver the best customer service we can under these extraordinary circumstances. Please bear with us while we adjust to a new way of operating.
Online Orders & Delivery
Online orders will be processed as usual. At the moment, our dedicated couriers are still running an excellent level of service but, due to increased demand of online shopping, you may experience slight delays in receiving shipments. Please check your tracking details for further information.
We will aim to have your transaction processed, picked, checked and packed with the usual care and speed but, as we will be running with a skeleton crew, we ask for your patience if a disruption occurs. We will contact you if we are unable to fulfil our usual service.
Part-exchanges and repair/set-up services will be on hold until further notice.
Click & Collect
You may collect items ordered online or over the phone by arrangement with our members of staff and within our usual opening hours.
However much we love meeting you face-to-face, we need to minimise physical contact so will only be accepting online payment and bank transfers.
We will, of course, honour our returns policy but we do ask that you respect our staff member’s right to not handle goods delivered to us; so processing them may be subject to delays. Also, we would ask you to properly consider your purchases before committing to them. Remember, we are here to answer your questions as best we can.
The best way to contact us is by emailing [email protected] where a member of staff will be there to answer your questions and give advice during normal shop hours. Response may be delayed due to increased online activity so please be patient; we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can.

This is an unprecedented situation for all of us and the safety for the most vulnerable amongst us is of utmost importance. Guitar Village is dedicated to practicing good hygiene and complying with scientific advice to stop the spread of COVID-19. Let’s spread some music instead!
